Price stability - All prices are subject to change without notice accept viable quotes & orders. Prices for larger-than-standard material, unpublished sizes, tighter tolerance requirements and standard item not published will be quoted.

If you would like to send us a drawing/print to quote, we have the capability to read most CAD formats. If you do not see the file extension you would like to send please contact us. The file type extensions we prefer are: .stp, .sldprt, .dxf or .PDF. If you send us your print/drawing files in multiple formats it is your responsibility to ensure that the design in all formats are the same. We reserve the right to use any of the formats sent to us and will not cross-check between formats for consistency.
Quoted prices for fabrication and machining jobs include part to be completed per print specifications unless otherwise noted. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless indicated. Seller (Technical Products, Inc.) will not allow claims for defective goods on those parts further processed by the Buyer and resulting in change of either dimensions or characteristics from parts/stock ordered. Cancellation of all or part of purchase order, once work has started, will be subject to compensation by the Buyer to Seller.
FOB: West Bend, WI, USA- Technical Products, Inc. shipments are via UPS "ground" unless otherwise agreed upon. Items receive inspection prior to packaging. Order is packaged to avoid damage during routine shipping.
Note: All shipments are insured for market value - any damages must be reported to local Carriers' Office and claim must be left in "as shipped" package. The seller is not responsible for carrier damage or delay on shipments.
We are happy to accept return of items for replacement or refund within 30 days of date of invoice. Seller must be contacted for a return authorization number (RA) prior to returning parts. RA must be clearly marked on outside of package. Defective items must be returned within 10 working days from date of shipment or credit will not be issued. Standard stock size materials returned for reasons other than defects will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Standard stock size materials returned for defects (machinability test) will be tested. Credit or replacement issued upon results indicating defective material.
Net 30 days - Payable to Technical Products, Inc. Hubertus, WI. Invoices past 30 days are subject to 1.5% interest per month, 18% per year service charge. International orders are cash in advance by wire transfer unless credit check and terms have been previously setup. The Seller reserves the privilege of declining to make Deliveries except cash (without discount) whenever, for any reason there is no doubt as to Buyer's responsibility.
